The posting

The Amazon Cross-Border Seller Experience team is growing, and we are looking for a Program Manager III to own selection quality improvement across our global stores. In this role, you will start by building the data foundation — designing metrics, writing SQL queries, and creating dashboards that give the team clear visibility into selection throughput and item data quality. From there, you will use those insights to drive programs that remove barriers to cross-border selection growth and improve the customer shopping experience. You will partner with compliance, localization, catalog, product, and sales teams across multiple countries to align priorities and deliver measurable results. If you are someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at turning raw data into action, and excited to work on problems with global customer impact, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities - Design and build data pipelines, dashboards, and metrics using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to provide actionable visibility into selection throughput and item data quality across global stores. - Partner with compliance, localization, catalog, and product teams across multiple countries to identify and remove barriers to selection growth, improving the speed and volume of selection onboarded. - Drive programs to improve item data quality — titles, descriptions, attributes, and images — to directly impact product discoverability, conversion, and sales for customers worldwide. - Coordinate with global stakeholders to align priorities, define roadmaps, and communicate progress through clear narratives and automated reporting for leadership audiences. - Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and introduce scalable mechanisms that improve operational efficiency across the selection and sales funnel.

A day in the life You start your morning pulling up your selection quality dashboards, checking for new trends or bottlenecks in the data. By mid-morning, you are on a call with compliance and localization partners in another country, working through a plan to unblock a batch of listings. After lunch, you write a summary of program progress and trade-off recommendations for a director review. Later, you dig into SQL to investigate a data quality issue a teammate flagged, then wrap up by updating your roadmap ahead of a stakeholder sync the next day.

About the team The Amazon Cross-Border Seller Experience team helps sellers expand internationally and works to bring customers the broadest selection at the lowest price. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
