The posting

Amazon’s Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce (WWRR) team invents bold solutions in sustainable transportation and returns experiences that create trust and value for customers, selling partners, and shippers and benefit people and the planet. WWRR includes the full complement of business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who work together to identify and remove defects that cause returns, reinvent the return experience, and manage the lifecycle of returned, overstock, and damaged products, with the objective of throwing nothing away.

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive the launch and worldwide rollout of a new external-facing product portfolio. You will move a continuous pipeline of product launches, partner integrations, and marketplace expansions from ready-to-launch through pilot, GA, and worldwide scale — directly increasing the volume of capabilities in customers' hands.

As launch and integration volume grows across the 2027 portfolio, this role scales with that activity. Your output is measured in launches delivered, partner integrations completed, and marketplaces enabled — with monthly productivity tracked against launches per PgM. You will work alongside product and engineering leaders who define capabilities, converting their roadmaps into executed, live-in-region launches.

You will operate across multiple concurrent launch workstreams, coordinating UAT, instrumentation, KPI monitoring during rollout, merchant/partner onboarding, and launch documentation. This role requires strong program management fundamentals, launch-execution discipline, and comfort operating across teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities,

Drive product launches from ready-to-launch through worldwide rollout — own launch execution across a portfolio of new external-facing returns capabilities and pilots, moving each from pilot to GA to worldwide scale. Own launch readiness, quality gates, and post-launch KPIs — coordinate UAT, instrumentation, and go/no-go criteria so each launch meets bar, then monitor customer-facing and operational metrics during rollout and initiate corrective action to protect adoption. Deliver merchant and partner integrations at volume — manage the end-to-end onboarding and API integration experience for external partners and client applications, tracking readiness and clearing blockers to increase completed integrations. Run the launch pipeline across concurrent workstreams — prioritize competing launches, set and communicate realistic timelines, and manage dependencies across engineering, product, BD, and operations in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Scale proven launches across WW marketplaces and improve throughput over time — sequence and execute marketplace expansions, capture repeatable launch mechanics, and drive measurable productivity gains (reduced cycle time per launch) as launch volume grows

A day in the life You will work closely with engineering, design, and partner teams to define and deliver product capabilities and customer-facing experiences. You will engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful integrations. You will balance short-term delivery with long-term product scalability, continuously improving the product based on data and customer feedback.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
