About the Role: Amazon Business is seeking an enterprising, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and scale our enterprise customer acquisition across India. This is a pivotal, end-to-end ownership role: the incumbent will be responsible for driving B2B business growth by building deep client relationships, generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline, and orchestrating operations to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery of every business requirement.
Key job responsibilities 1) Drive B2B revenue growth — own the enterprise acquisition charter for India, converting strategic target accounts into long-term, high-value business relationships and delivering measurable topline and ROI. 2) Lead client engagement — act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, engaging continuously with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers to understand their procurement needs and position Amazon Business as their preferred strategic partner. 3) Build and manage the pipeline — proactively prospect, qualify, and nurture a robust B2B opportunity pipeline; forecast accurately and manage deals through every stage from lead to closure. 4) Own end-to-end delivery — manage operations across the deal lifecycle to ensure that committed business requirements are fulfilled on time and in full, coordinating cross-functionally so that what is sold is reliably delivered. 5) Establish scalable operating models — design and implement repeatable, automation- and AI-powered operating processes that allow enterprise engagement to scale efficiently without linear headcount growth. 6) Negotiate and structure deals — lead commercial negotiations, pricing, custom offers, and contracting (including ARC/rate agreements and terms) to close mutually beneficial, sustainable agreements. 7) Drive measurable ROI and account growth — track account health, adoption, wallet share, and spend migration; identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand share of wallet within each enterprise account. 8) Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with category, pricing, operations, fulfillment, finance/credit, product, and marketing teams to remove blockers and deliver a seamless customer experience. 9) Leverage data and insights — use data, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform account strategy, prioritize opportunities, and continuously improve conversion and delivery outcomes. 10) Ensure governance and compliance — maintain accurate CRM hygiene, adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements, and provide clear reporting and business reviews to leadership.
