The posting

As Senior Financial Analyst for Devices Finance within Amazon Ads EU Sales Finance, you will shape the financial direction of a growing digital advertising business across the EU. You will own end-to-end revenue forecasting, performance analysis and pricing - partnering with Sales, Go To Market, Devices Product and Leadership teams to surface opportunities, quantify risks, and drive accountability on growth initiatives. Beyond the numbers, you will design self-serve reporting infrastructure and AI-enhanced tools that put insights directly into the hands of decision-makers, removing bottlenecks and scaling the way finance supports the business. This is a role where analytical rigor meets strategic influence - you will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear actions that accelerate revenue growth.

Key job responsibilities • Own for EU Devices Ad business the end-to-end revenue forecasting and the weekly, monthly and quarterly review cadence. • Track opportunities and risks at market level, proactively flagging concerns, quantifying revenue opportunities and recommending actions to Sales leadership. • Partner with the Devices Go To Market and Product teams on growth initiatives to drive adoption and accelerate revenue. • Own the financial framework for initiatives - track performance, identify optimisation levers and drive cross-team accountability on execution. • Conduct annual pricing review for devices ad placements and design advertiser incentives to boost growth • Design self-serve reporting infrastructure - dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau), automated data pipelines, and AI-enhanced tools that enable Sales and Leadership to access insights without finance bottlenecking. • Author and distribute regular strategic priority newsletters to Leadership - providing concise updates on in-flight initiatives, emerging risks, key decisions needed, and progress against goals.

A day in the life Your morning might start with a deep dive into variance analysis from the latest month-end close, followed by a working session with business partners to align on planning assumptions. After lunch, you could be refining an automated reporting tool alongside a Business Intelligence Engineer or preparing a concise summary of key financial trends for an upcoming business review. You will regularly balance recurring financial processes with project work aimed at improving how your team operates, all while building relationships across the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
