Du leitest und entwickelst Dein Team, setzt die Sicherheitsagenda und arbeitest mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um eine Kultur der Sicherheit und Inklusion in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich zu verankern.

Key job responsibilities Leitung der Teams vor Ort und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzgesetzen, Richtlinien und Unternehmensrichtlinien. Verwendung interner Reporting-Tools zur Datenanalyse und Bereitstellung von Informationen für die Unternehmensführung zur Unterstützung sicherheitsrelevanter Entscheidungen. Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Pflege von Sicherheitsschulungsprogrammen, Ergonomie-Initiativen und Präventionsprogrammen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitskultur. Durchführung von Risikobewertungen für neue Prozesse und Maschinen, Überprüfung von Änderungen an standardisierten Prozessen und Aktualisierung bestehender Risikobewertungen. Förderung des Engagements für Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen bei Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zur Stärkung einer soliden Sicherheitskultur.

Du verwaltest die Arbeitsschutzstandards und verbesserst gleichzeitig Funktionalität und Effizienz. Außerdem leitest Du Dein Team und hilfst bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen basierend auf Mitarbeiterfeedback oder bei der Nutzung von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.

Deine Rolle ist entscheidend für die Sicherheit der Mitarbeitenden, die Verwaltung ihrer Zufriedenheit und die Überwachung ihres Wohlbefindens und ihrer Produktivität. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und förderst eine Kultur des sicheren Arbeitens.

About the team Das Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung des mentalen und körperlichen Wohlbefindens unserer Mitarbeitenden am Arbeitsplatz. Unser Team arbeitet mit Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und lokalen Behörden an allen unseren Standorten zusammen, um die Einhaltung der Amazon-Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften sicherzustellen und die Sicherheit unserer Arbeitsumgebungen zu gewährleisten. Das Team bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten — von Safety Technicians bis hin zu Programm Manager:innen. Unabhängig von Deiner Position trägst Du zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Sicherheitsstrategie im gesamten Netzwerk bei.

- Ein Bachelorabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation entsprechend dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF). - Zertifizierung als Sicherheitsfachkraft (gemäß ASchG §§73–77). - Kenntnis der österreichischen Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung. - Relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams. - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), in Wort und Schrift.

- Bevorzugte Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, um sich bei Amazon zu bewerben. Wenn Du alle oben genannten Grundqualifikationen erfüllst, freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung. - Erfahrung mit Lean-, 5S- oder Kaizen-Methoden. - Erfahrung in der Planung oder Durchführung umweltbewusster Initiativen. - Mitgliedschaft in einem Berufsverband im Bereich Arbeitsschutz. - Erfahrung in der Führung und Kommunikation mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen, Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften.

For this position, the minimum gross base salary is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

The gross salary includes the respective minimum salary for this position in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience, Amazon may offer a gross salary higher than the minimum gross salary determined by the collective bargaining agreement. There may be further pay components such as a sign-on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit award operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the US.
