The posting

The Velocity Labs team mission is to think beyond the confines of the normal product-orientated approach and to discover new ways to apply and embrace agentic AI. We have noticed how the open-source community, and some of our competitors, experiment with new ideas, and deliver initial products fast. With Velocity Labs we are building an organization that can move faster, explore more, and make sure AWS is at the cutting edge of innovation in agentic AI.

You’ll join a deeply technical team that includes applied scientists, software developers, and other technical product managers. We are specifically looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who brings core skills in working backward from customer needs and also a high degree of skill in partnering with experts in automated reasoning. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
