Key job responsibilities Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens Analyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um beständig hohe Qualität und Produktivität sowie das schichtübergreifende Einhalten aller Unternehmensziele sicherzustellen Unterstützung und Führung eines Teams sowie Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben; Aufbau und Unterstützung einer starken Teamkultur Analyse der Leistung sowie Vorschläge für Prozessverbesserungen, um die Arbeitsabläufe und den Kundenservice zu optimieren Kollaboration mit anderen Manager:innen zur Standardisierung von Schichtprozessen

A day in the life Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Schichten an einem unserer Betriebsstandorte. Dabei konzentrierst Du Dich vorwiegend auf das Einhalten der Sicherheitsstandards durch Dein Team und an Deinem gesamten Standort. Außerdem überwachst Du die Prozesseffizienz. Prioritäten in Deinem Arbeitsalltag sind unter anderem das routinemäßige Teammanagement und tägliche Betriebsaktivitäten. Neben anderen Aufgaben wie Eskalationen in Einzelfällen, Prozessverbesserungen sowie die übergreifende betriebliche Notfallplanung. Als wichtiges Mitglied des Betriebsteams arbeitest Du mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass wir die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen ebenso wie unsere eigenen Vorgaben jederzeit erfüllen. Das beinhaltet die Analyse von Daten und Leistungskennzahlen gemeinsam mit Führungskräften in Deinem Geschäftsbereich ebenso wie die Besprechung der betrieblichen Vor- und Nachteile von technischen Verbesserungen mit dem technischen Team.

- Erfolgreich absolviertes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor- oder Master) vor Arbeitsbeginn - Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Relevante Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Datenanalysen

- Interesse eine Führungsaufgabe und ein eigenes Team mit Mitarbeitenden aus der ganzen Welt zu übernehmen - Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften - Erfahrung in einer Logistikumgebung - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld
