Are you passionate about music, entertainment, and building creative partnerships that drive growth at scale? Do you excel at identifying actionable insights that translate into strategic growth initiatives? Amazon Music is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to lead and execute partnership growth strategies. This role will own the end-to-end partnership marketing lifecycle — from strategy through execution — working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music.

For someone to be successful in this role, they need to embody the following:

Strategic Growth Leader: They must be a senior marketing professional with deep experience in partner-focused growth marketing or partnership marketing, able to define and drive the long-term vision for their portfolio of partnerships. They set strategy in ambiguous environments, handle complex problems, and use their expertise and judgment to design scalable solutions that deliver sustained business results.

Cross-Functional Influencer: They influence across external partners, internal teams, and geographies to deliver outcomes. They build consensus across diverse functions (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Development) and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Relationship Builder: They excel at fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels — from C-suite executives at partner organizations to internal stakeholders — demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to earn trust and influence.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: They have a natural curiosity for analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions. They dive deep into performance data to identify trends, reduce churn, and optimize the full customer lifecycle.

Results Oriented & Operationally Excellent: They take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to completion at scale, mitigating long-term risks and making trade-offs between short and long-term needs. They model best practices, drive process improvements, and develop efficient, scalable mechanisms that ensure operational excellence and sustained growth impact.

Key job responsibilities - Define and execute the partner marketing and growth strategy for Amazon Music partners, delivering against customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals - Own and execute the go-to-market of partner launches for growth marketing efforts, including ideation, planning, execution, analysis/reporting, and optimization - Continually optimize partnerships from launch through ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability, frequency in communications, share of voice and identifying new opportunities within existing partnership - Lead, implement, and launch partner campaigns with the North Star of delivering best-in-class creative excellence that represents the Amazon Music brand and drives awareness through partners - Dive deep into data to understand insights and learnings that drive strategy; lead performance management for partners and share market intelligence with stakeholders and teammates - Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, BI/Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Business Development to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for partners - Develop efficient, scalable mechanisms that ensure operational efficiency of the team and maximize impact - Function at a global level, sharing best practices and scaling programs or campaigns that benefit multiple regions - Experiment with new approaches to drive partnership success and raise the bar on growth marketing innovation

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - 8+ years of experience in B2C partner-focused growth marketing or partnership marketing

- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights - Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience in the entertainment/music/streaming industry - Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership teams - Experience creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale - Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic partners with global or multi-market footprint - Demonstrated track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns focused on growth/performance marketing - Experience managing complex, multi-partner relationships and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management both internally and externally, including writing strategic documents - Experience with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and marketing outcome

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
