El equipo de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento y Confiabilidad (RME) de Amazon es fundamental para nuestras operaciones: son ellos quienes mantienen la maquinaria vital en funcionamiento en todo momento. Key job responsibilities - Tareas de mantenimiento proactivo y preventivo de una amplia gama de equipos de obra. - Realizar reparaciones reactivas y diagnóstico de fallas en un centro de distribución en funcionamiento. - Utilizar las herramientas más recientes para maximizar la efectividad del equipo. - Mantener todas las políticas y prácticas de salud y seguridad. - Apoyar el desarrollo y progresión de los aprendices en sitio. - Trabajar en proyectos de mejora continua e implementar mejores prácticas en varios sitios en México.

A day in the life Nuestros técnicos de RME están ubicados en el sitio para que puedan responder rápidamente a cualquier problema con la maquinaria. Llevará a cabo una serie de mantenimiento preventivo planificado en los equipos de nuestros sitios para garantizar que funcionen de manera segura. Como técnico de RME, también responderá con prontitud a las averías, investigando, encontrando e implementando soluciones lo más rápido posible. También hará sugerencias para mejoras a largo plazo.

Trabajando junto a colegas más experimentados, llevará a cabo tareas de mantenimiento diarias y se comunicará con contratistas si necesita experiencia externa. Podrá trabajar en una variedad de turnos para garantizar que nuestros sitios tengan soporte las 24 horas del día, lo que permitirá a Amazon realizar entregas a la velocidad por la que somos conocidos.

- Experiencia en sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo/predictivo - Experiencia en tareas de mantenimiento mecánico y/o eléctrico - Experiencia en búsqueda de fallas de sistemas de cintas transportadoras (MHE, del inglés: Material Handling Equipment) y Automatización - Trabajar en horario/turno/área de trabajo flexible, incluyendo fines de semana, noches y/o días festivos - Educación secundaria completa o diploma equivalente - Experiencia con productos y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office

- Fluidez en inglés. - 2 años o más de experiencia con sistemas y controles de transportadores automatizados. - 2 años o más de experiencia realizando procedimientos de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo. - Experiencia con estándares de seguridad de equipos de manipulación de materiales (MHE) de acuerdo con el fabricante de equipos originales (OEM) y estándares de seguridad.
