The posting

Would you like to join one of the fastest-growing organizations within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and help customers across all industries and sizes—including Automotive, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial and Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Telecom, Big Data, and more—gain the best value and service from AWS?

At AWS Enterprise Support, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and influence our customers' creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technology areas, including Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, AI/ML, Application-level Services, Networking, Serverless, and more. This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to conglomerates and enterprises—serving as their advocate to AWS product teams.

Key job responsibilities - You’ll build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer - Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity - Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges - Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, you’ll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management - Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives - Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers - With a bias for action, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS - Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning - Being part of a wider Enterprise Support team you’ll provide post-sales, consultative expertise - Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud - Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.

A day in the life As a trusted advisor you’ll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. You’ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of AWS services.

Our Technical Account Managers partner with some of the most iconic businesses in the country. These range from rising startups building their business from scratch through to large enterprises going through significant transformation. You’ll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project, and launch planning as well as ongoing operational issues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
