Are you passionate about making an impact in the water industry? We are looking for motivated self-starters that can work in a fast paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role will support our goal to deliver scalable water infrastructure. You will work backwards to define roadmaps, and drive execution across stakeholders. This role will support AWS’s sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver metrics, automation, data management, and analytics to help achieve our scale. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at every level, both internally and externally.
Key job responsibilities Single threaded owner for program management throughout lifecycle of strategic initiatives and technology solutions.
Work cross-functionally across leaders in Infrastructure org to influence priorities and trade-offs, drive alignment, and execute development.
Create and execute plans to deliver complex cross-team programs and initiatives (e.g. building and managing interactivity between tools, increasing data quality, and accelerating customer adoption).
Lead development of org-level metrics, including defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive high impact business decisions and reporting to senior leadership.
Drive process improvement to streamline execution of strategic initiatives and technology solutions.
Establish cadence to review the overall performance of the stakeholder teams, the timeline, and progress to overall deliverables.

- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Proven experience leading initiatives related to water/utilities programs and products, infrastructure development, or data center planning. - Proven experience diving deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to simplify complex processes - Experience with business intelligence platforms, or building data analytics tools. - Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements, developing analysis to solve their business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results - Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
