Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Teamは、アマゾンの物流を担う各拠点で働くあらゆる立場の方が、安全且つ安心して業務が行える環境を提供します。ルールを整備し関係部署と連携することによって、アマゾンの安全をLeadします。

本ポジションは、担当するIXDの自然災害、火災、IXD内でのオペレーションに関わるリスク検出をし、それらに対する予防措置と是正措置の導入や事故の防止と削減を計画し、関連部署と実行していきます。また、標準化された案件をIXDにて実装し改善していくことで、より効果的且つ効率的な方法を国内のNetworkへ展開し、IXD全体の更なる安全をLeadします。そして国内だけでなく、GlobalにIXDのBest Practicesの発信もしていきます。

具体的には、安全衛生に関する年間目標計画の作成・実施支援、リスクアセスメント、内部監査、Safety Review(変更管理)の実施、防火・防災対策の計画立案と導入、関係者への教育、安全衛生委員会の運営、遵法監査(Self並びに外部機関の監査対応)など担当IXDでの多様な安全衛生促進に纏わる活動を通して、IXD全体の安全レベルを高めていくことが期待されます。

現場を何よりも大切にしているアマゾンであるため、Safetyのスキルをベースに自らが高い現場力を発揮することで、机上ではない安全のLeadも求められます。更に社内のあらゆる部門と関わるだけでなく、社外のパートナーと協働で体制を構築して続けることが重要な業務となるため、Safetyのスキルだけでなく、ビジネスマナーに優れ、高いコミュニケーションでパートナーシップを築ける能力をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしております。

40%：IXDにおけるWHS目標及び活動内容の計画立案と実行 (教育・訓練、監査、リスクアセスメントなど) 20%：安全にかかわる事故が発生した場合の情報収集、原因調査並びに是正対策立案・実施、是正措置の有効性の確認、NW内へのシェアーと類似対策防止対策の導入。 40%：Amazon Global Policy、並びに、日本のサイトで実施する(または実施されている)安全に関わる手順書の作成、導入、維持 及び 他サイトの安全活動のサポート(監査、安全対策導入のサポート、会議出席など)

- ビジネスレベルの日本語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル） - "下記いずれかのご経験: - 製造業界における品質管理や生産管理業務 - 現場オペレーションのご経験（小売り、レストラン、建築、物流や配送現場など） - 安全管理またはEHSに類する業務経験（業種・部署は問いません）"

- 読み書きレベルの英語力があれば尚可 - 安全管理やEHSに関連する知識や業務経験を2年以上 - ISO18001/45001、運輸安全マネジメントの導入または維持経験
