Bring your experience, enthusiasm and can-do attitude to this exciting role!To be successful in this role, the candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and remain poised under pressure. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is a must. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and oversee multiple calendars that require daily attention.This position will work closely with EAs in other organizations, including with partner teams throughout Amazon Store teams. Responsibilities for this position include an emphasis on calendar management, owning and driving team morale events, coordinating international travel and meetings, and collaborating with international teams to coordinate executive meetings. Candidate must have the ability to quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives and adapt to Amazon values and vision.Key job responsibilities• Management of multiple complex calendars across time zones and coordinate meetings and conference calls• Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)• Expense Reimbursement• Organizing, prioritizing and appropriately handling time-sensitive, confidential information and ensuring action/attention required is addressed• Large event coordination (including organizational all-meetings, off-sites, and morale events)• Project/program management: Support annual operational planning process, business planning, performance review cycles• Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business cycle• Creating and implementing processes and mechanisms for running the business• Document and Power Point creation, editing and proofing• Space planning• Provide additional support to the extended management team as needed.About the teamThe WW Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization's vision is to be the world's best owner-operated business opportunity, empowering small business owners to build a better life for themselves, their associates, and their communities by operating safe, thriving, and sustainable logistics companies.Basic Qualifications- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent- Experience handling confidential information- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams- Experience managing, motivating, and influencing team behaviors- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Experience in project or program management- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
