ჩვენს შესახებკომპანია ამბარი უკვე 4 წელია ოპერირებს ქართულ ბაზარზე, რომელიც აერთიანებს ფუდისა და საყოფაცხოვრებო მიმართულებებს და ამჟამად წარმოდგენილია 45 ფილიალით საქართველოს მასშტაბით და გაფართოება აქტიურად გრძელდება!Ambari არის განვითარების ეტაპზე მყოფი, მზარდი კომპანია, რომელიც აძლიერებს სტრუქტურას და ქმნის სტაბილურ სამუშაო გარემოს!სამუშაო გრაფიკი: კვირაში 5 დღე (13:00-22:00 სთ-მდე ) ან 2 დღე მუშაობა და 2 დღე დასვენება (09:00-22:00სთ-მდე)ანაზღაურება 1050-1200ლსექტემბრის თვეში დასაქმებულთათავის განსაკუთრებული პირობაა + 450 პრემიარას გთავაზობთ სტაბილურ და მზარდ კომპანიაში მუშაობა;პროფესიულ განვითარებას B2C და B2B ვაჭრობის სფეროში;დამატებითი ბონუსი გაყიდვების გეგმის შესრულების შემთხვევაში ძირითადი მოვალეობები:● დაქვემდებარებული ცვლის პერსონალის მართვა● მაღაზიაში შემოსული პროდუქციის მიღება, მითვლა და დასაწყობება;● სავაჭრო დარბაზში პროდუქციის FIFO (ვადით ახალი პროდუქცია დახლზე/ თაროზე იდება ნაკლები ვადის მქონე პროდუქტის უკან) სტანდარტით განლაგების უზრუნველყოფა;● გასაყიდი ფასის ცვლილების შემთხვევაში ახალი ფასმაჩვენებლის დროულად შეცვლის უზრუნველყოფა;● დახლებზე/ თაროებზე პროდუქციის დროულად შევსების უზრუნველყოფა;● სავაჭრო დარბაზში პროდუქციის ვადების კონტროლის და ვადაგასული პროდუქციის დახლიდან/თაროდან დროულად აღების უზღუნველყოფა;● პროდუქციის გეგმიური ინვენტარიზაციის ჩატარება;● დაქვემდებარებულ პოზიციებზე სტაჟიორის აყვანის შემთხვევაში, მისი პირადი მენტორობა და პრაქტიკული სწავლება;● სალარო ოპერაციების გამართულად მუშაობის უზრუნველყოფა, სალაროზე მომსახურების ხარისხის კონტროლი, სტანდარტიდან გადახვევის შემთხვევაში ჩართულობა და ხარვეზის დროულად აღმოფხვრა;● უშუალო ხელმძღვანელის სხვა დავალებების შესრულება, რომელიც რადიკალურად არ უნდა განსხვავდებოდეს მის მიერ შესასრულებელი საქმიანობისგან.ძირითადი მოთხოვნები:● აუცილებელია სავაჭრო ობიექტში ანალოგიურ პოზიციაზე მუშაობის მინიმუმ 1 წლიანი გამოცდილება;● სალარო ოპერაციების წარმოების გამოცდილება;● საოფისე პროგრამების საბაზისო ცოდნა;პიროვნული უნარები:● მოტივაცია, შრომისმოყვარეობა და გუნდში მუშაობის უნარი;● ეფექტური კომუნიკაციისა და თავაზიანი მომსახურების უნარი;შენიშვნა: პირის მიერ ავტობიოგრაფიის (CV) გამოგზავნა გულისხმობს მის მიერ პერსონალური მონაცემების დამსაქმებელისათვის გადაცემას და თანხმობის გაცხადებას აღნიშნული მონაცემების დამუშავების თაობაზე. ავტობიოგრაფიაში მითითებული პერსონალური მონაცემები დამსაქმებელის მიერ დამუშავებული/შენახული იქნება მხოლოდ ვაკანსიისათვის კანდიდატის შერჩევის მიზნით, შესასრულებელ სამუშაოსთან კანდიდატის შესაბამისობის დადგენის მიზნით, შესაძლო შრომითი ურთიერთობის წარმოშობის მიზნით, შრომითი ურთიერთობის მთელი პერიოდის განმავლობაში, ასევე შრომითი ურთიერთობიდან გამომდინარე. დამსაქმებლის მხრიდან, ზემოთ აღნიშნული მიზნებისათვის, პერსონალური მონაცემების დამუშავება განხორციელდება მხოლოდ შესაბამისი უფლებამოსილების მქონე პირთა/თანამშრომელთა მიერ. კანდიდატის პერსონალური მონაცემების დამუშავება განხორციელდება 6 თვის ვადით, შენახვა გონივრული ვადით ელექტრონული ან/და ამობეჭდილი სახით.
