Im Office & Team Management hältst Du unserem gesamten Team den Rücken frei, jonglierst Projekte, koordinierst Events und bringst neue Strukturen in den Alltag unseres gesamten Teams. AUFGABEN

- Du unterstützt bei der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens, bist an voderster Front bei verschiedenen Projekten und hast immer das große Ganze im Blick

- Du arbeitest Verträge mit diversen Parteien professionell aus – von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Unterschrift behältst Du den Überblick und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Büros, die Gestaltung von vor-Ort-Formaten, um unsere Office Culture zu stärken sowie das Office Management

- Du kümmerst Dich um die Teameventplanung bei amber, egal ob Sommerfest, Workation im Ausland mit Allen oder Weihnachtsfeier

- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale bei amber, automatisierst Prozesse durch Einführung neuer Tools und sorgst dafür, dass alles noch reibungsloser läuft

- Du übernimmst auch unregelmäßig wiederkehrende Aufgaben wie Hardware- und Bürobestellungen

QUALIFIKATIONEN

- Du bist Teamplayer und Kommunikationstalent mit guten Gefühl für zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen

- Du hast Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von internen Events

- Du kennst Dich aus im Controlling und behältst den Überblick über Zahlen, Budgets sowie Finanzprozesse und denkst dabei sowohl analytisch als auch strategisch

- Du hast Lust dich einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Schnittstelle zwischen diversen internen und externen Kontakten zu sein

- Du kommunizierst sicher und verbindlich - auf Deutsch und auf Englisch - mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
