Als Praktikant:in Venture Building unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsideen – von der ersten Idee über die Validierung bis hin zur Markteinführung.

Deine mission

  • Du arbeitest in Venture-Teams an echten Customer-Problems: Research, Hypothesen, Experimente.
  • Du prototypst (Figma/Miro) und testest mit Nutzer:innen; du baust Pitch-Decks & Business-Cases.
  • Du begleitest Go-to-Market-Tests (Landing-Pages, Pricing, Funnels) und leitest Learnings ab.
  • Du hilfst bei der Identifizierung und Analyse von Nutzerbedürfnissen und aktuellen Trends.
  • Du lernst, wie man digitale Produkte von A bis Z entwickelt, einschließlich Marketing-, Pricing- und Go-to-Market-Strategien.

Deine Skills

  • Du bist in einem Studiengang mit einem Bezug zu Business und Entrepreneurship eingeschrieben (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge).
  • Lust auf Start-up-Methoden (Lean, Discovery, Experiment Design) und Zahlen-Kompetenz.
  • Tools (oder vergleichbar): Figma, Miro, Notion,Canva,Lovable, Trello
  • 6+ Monate Zeit (Pflichtpraktikum), Start flexibel (Okt/Nov/Jan), 40h/Woche, hybrid (2–3Tage vor Ort).
  • Du kannst quantitative und qualitative Daten strukturiert erheben und analysieren.
  • Du bist neugierig auf die Arbeit in einem (Corporate) Start-up Umfeld.
