Growth Engineer (Especialista/ Manager)

Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos procurando um(a) Growth Engineer para ser responsável por identificar, construir e implementar automações, agentes de IA e melhorias de processos que permitam à empresa continuar escalando de forma eficiente.

Buscamos alguém extremamente hands-on, com perfil executor, que goste de colocar a mão na massa, testar rapidamente, aprender novas tecnologias e transformar operações manuais em sistemas escaláveis.

Essa pessoa atuará de forma transversal em toda a empresa, apoiando áreas como Operações, Vendas, Marketing, Customer Success, Atendimento, Financeiro e Recursos Humanos, sempre com foco em produtividade, eficiência operacional e crescimento sustentável.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Mapear processos internos e identificar oportunidades de automação e ganho de eficiência.
  • Desenvolver, implementar e manter fluxos automatizados utilizando n8n e outras ferramentas de automação.
  • Criar, implementar e gerenciar agentes de IA para diferentes áreas da empresa.
  • Estruturar integrações entre sistemas, plataformas e bancos de dados.
  • Liderar iniciativas de automação dentro do HubSpot, incluindo CRM, marketing automation, workflows, lead routing e processos comerciais.
  • Construir soluções internas utilizando ferramentas low-code e no-code sempre que possível.
  • Desenvolver dashboards, alertas e sistemas de monitoramento para acompanhar indicadores críticos do negócio.
  • Trabalhar diretamente com liderança e stakeholders para identificar gargalos operacionais e propor soluções escaláveis.
  • Implementar uma cultura de melhoria contínua em todas as áreas da empresa.
  • Avaliar e incorporar novas tecnologias de IA, automação e produtividade que possam gerar vantagem competitiva.

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida em automação de processos e implementação de soluções de produtividade.
  • Domínio de n8n ou plataformas equivalentes.
  • Experiência avançada com HubSpot (CRM, automações, workflows e integrações).
  • Experiência prática com ferramentas de IA generativa, LLMs e construção de agentes de IA.
  • Capacidade de integrar APIs e conectar diferentes sistemas.
  • Perfil altamente analítico e orientado a resultados.
  • Forte capacidade de execução e autonomia.
  • Mentalidade de dono, com foco constante em eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Excelente comunicação para atuar com diferentes áreas do negócio.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em startups de alto crescimento.
  • Conhecimento em Python, JavaScript ou outras linguagens voltadas para automação.
  • Experiência com ferramentas como OpenAI, Claude, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, LangChain, CrewAI ou similares.
  • Histórico de implementação de projetos que geraram redução de custos, aumento de produtividade ou aceleração de receita.
  • Experiência criando sistemas internos, copilots e agentes autônomos para equipes de negócio.
