O desafio

Queremos alguém que consiga unir tecnologia, dados e visão de negócio.

Seu papel será identificar gargalos operacionais, desenhar soluções utilizando IA e automação, conectar sistemas e construir agentes capazes de aumentar produtividade, reduzir tarefas manuais e impulsionar resultados comerciais.

Você terá liberdade para testar novas tecnologias, criar POCs rapidamente e transformar boas ideias em soluções escaláveis.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver agentes de IA para áreas como Comercial, Operações, Atendimento, Marketing e Parcerias.
  • Construir automações utilizando ferramentas como n8n, Make, APIs e plataformas de IA.
  • Integrar sistemas internos, CRMs, plataformas de dados e ferramentas de comunicação.
  • Criar workflows inteligentes para qualificação, atendimento, análise documental e tomada de decisão.
  • Trabalhar com lideranças para identificar oportunidades de ganho de eficiência e crescimento.
  • Estruturar processos de coleta, enriquecimento e utilização de dados.
  • Monitorar indicadores e promover melhoria contínua das soluções implementadas.
  • Liderar iniciativas de experimentação e inovação envolvendo IA generativa e agentes autônomos.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com automação de processos e integrações.
  • Conhecimento de APIs REST, JSON, Webhooks e arquitetura de sistemas.
  • Vivência com ferramentas como n8n, Make ou similares.
  • Experiência utilizando LLMs e plataformas de IA Generativa.
  • Conhecimento de SQL para consultas e manipulação de dados.
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a métricas.
  • Capacidade de transformar problemas de negócio em soluções tecnológicas.
  • Inglês para leitura de documentação técnica.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em operações de Revenue, Growth, RevOps ou GTM.
  • Conhecimento em Python.
  • Experiência com HubSpot, Salesforce ou CRMs similares.
  • Vivência em fintechs, legaltechs, marketplaces ou empresas de serviços financeiros.
  • Experiência construindo agentes de IA para processos comerciais, atendimento ou análise documental.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas como Relevance AI, Clay, Apollo ou similares.
