Somos uma stealth SaaS startup internacional na área de saúde e bem-estar, já investida e em rápido crescimento. Nossa equipe no Brasil está expandindo rapidamente, e buscamos um Office Manager estratégico e dinâmico para ser o elo entre nossas operações no Brasil e o time global.

Sobre a posição:

Esta é uma oportunidade única para um(a) profissional que deseja atuar como peça-chave na estruturação e crescimento da nossa operação no Brasil. Você será responsável por RH, Financeiro e Gestão do Escritório, garantindo que tudo funcione de forma eficiente e alinhada à estratégia da empresa. Buscamos alguém que goste de desafios, tenha visão estratégica e ao mesmo tempo seja "mão na massa" para fazer as coisas acontecerem.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Recursos Humanos e Recrutamento: Liderar processos seletivos, onboarding e gestão de colaboradores, garantindo uma cultura forte e engajadora.
  • Gestão Financeira e Contábil: Interface com contabilidade e financeiro para controle de folha de pagamento, contratos, pagamentos e despesas operacionais.
  • Administração do Escritório: Garantir que o escritório funcione de forma impecável, desde infraestrutura até relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • Suporte Estratégico: Trabalhar próximo ao time de Operações para implementar processos e políticas que sustentem o crescimento da empresa no Brasil.
  • Logística e Viagens: Organização de viagens corporativas, reservas de hotéis e compra de ingressos para eventos estratégicos.
  • Gestão de Benefícios: Administração de seguros de saúde e outros benefícios para colaboradores, garantindo uma excelente experiência para o time.
  • Relacionamento com Stakeholders: Conexão entre equipe, liderança global e parceiros externos para alinhar as necessidades locais com a visão da empresa.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência sólida em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Financeiro ou áreas correlatas.
  • Fluência em Português e Inglês (Espanhol será um diferencial).
  • Perfil estratégico, organizado e proativo, com vontade de crescer junto com a empresa.
  • Habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas em um ambiente dinâmico e internacional.
  • Conhecimento em processos de recrutamento, gestão financeira e contábil será um grande diferencial.

Localização e modelo de trabalho:

  • Presencial no Rio de Janeiro, com modelo híbrido (segundas e quintas-feiras presenciais).
