  • Review, assess and approve Shield claims within turnaround time, keeping outputs accurate and compliant
  • Handle claims investigations, service recovery and enquiries
  • Liaise with hospitals and clinics for medical clarification
  • Support projects assigned by your supervisor
  • Deliver quality customer service, including answering enquiries and resolving complaints
