  • Assess annual and ad hoc declarations, plus cases from sampling and ongoing monitoring, and reach clear, evidence-based outcomes.
  • Recommend enhanced monitoring where needed: measures, duration, conditions and closure criteria.
  • Track monitoring conditions, submissions and deadlines through to closure, and follow up on breaches.
  • Issue sanctions promptly under the relevant frameworks.
  • Meet service-level timelines across reviews, escalations and case closures.
  • Keep trackers, case files and audit trails complete and accurate.
  • Spot recurring issues and control gaps, and help improve processes, templates and workflows.
  • Prepare statistics, status updates and ageing reports for management.
