The posting

Job Description:

  • Perform assigned monitoring checks in accordance with approved procedures, review standards and timelines, and escalate exceptions or material observations.
  • Perform monitoring reviews, investigate adverse persistency patterns and execute agreed follow-up actions to strengthen sales quality, customer retention and fair customer outcomes.
  • Execute post-evaluation reviews,
  • Perform internal ROP monitoring, assess exceptions and identify broader representative, unit or process concerns.
  • •Review risk scenarios and outputs, investigate material observations and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Review campaigns and materials against regulatory requirements, internal policies and approved processes, and recommend remediation for identified gaps.
  • Maintain procedures and records and assist with testing and implementation of approved process and control enhancements.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in business, finance, risk management, compliance, insurance, data analytics or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in monitoring, compliance, operations or financial services is advantageous
