The posting

  • Run compliance checks on new vendors and activate them in Coupa
  • Keep vendor profiles accurate, including registration, banking and tax details
  • Set up Coupa sourcing events and approve low-value purchase requisitions against policy
  • Upload and maintain contract records, issue the active contract list, and flag upcoming expiries
  • Manually create invoices in Coupa for non-digital vendors, matched to active POs
  • Review the vendor base quarterly to deactivate redundant, inactive or one-time vendors
