About the Role

I am working with a client of mine who are looking for Senior Manager to lead IT infrastructure operations, technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. The role will focus on infrastructure modernization, operational resilience, cybersecurity and service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Location: West Side

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop IT infrastructure strategies and technology roadmaps covering systems, networks, cloud, storage and virtualization.
  • Drive digital transformation, change management and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Oversee infrastructure operations, architecture, capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, budgets, procurement, vendors and outsourced service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
  • Lead and develop technical teams while engaging stakeholders to support business and operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation and operations.
  • At least 7 years of technical team leadership experience, including 5 years in infrastructure project and vendor management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure solutioning and operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Oracle and Microsoft databases, networking, storage and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in infrastructure transformation, disaster recovery, IT governance and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage.
