Servicetechniker 80 \- 100% (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Inbetriebnahme\- \& Installations\-Profi: Du installierst unsere Industrieprodukte bei Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz, nimmst diese in Betrieb und führst bei Bedarf Schulungen durch.
  • Service\- \& Technik\-Allrounder: Du übernimmst selbstständig Service\-, Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten beim Kunden sowie in der Werkstatt und verantwortest Kalibrationen, Justierungen sowie Qualifizierungen und Zertifizierungen.
  • Support\- \& Koordinations\-Schnittstelle: Du unterstützt Kunden und interne Stellen telefonisch, remote und vor Ort, klärst technische Fragestellungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten und bereitest relevante Informationen strukturiert auf.
  • Beratungs\- \& Bedürfnis\-Erkenner: Du berätst und betreust Kunden in deiner Region zu unseren Produkten und Service\-Dienstleistungen, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und nutzt gezielt Cross\-Selling\-Potenziale.
  • Qualitäts\- \& Dokumentations\-Verantwortlicher: Du stellst die Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitätsnormen sicher und übernimmst die vollständige Rapportierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten inklusive Prüf\- und Serviceprotokollen.

Dein Profil:

  • Technik\-Background \& Fachwissen: Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung in den Bereichen Elektrik, Elektronik, Automation, Polymechanik oder Mechatronik sowie gute Kenntnisse in Elektronik, Sensorik und Steuerungstechnik.
  • Praxis\- \& Aussendienst\-Mentalität: Du verfügst über handwerkliches Geschick, hast Freude an technischen Arbeiten und schätzt den abwechslungsreichen Einsatz beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Arbeitsweise \& Mobilität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig, verfügst über gute PC\-Kenntnisse (MS Office) und besitzt den Führerausweis Kategorie B, Kategorie BE ist von Vorteil.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Landessprache oder auch Englisch ist sehr willkommen.
