Im Auftrag unserer Mandantin, der Waagen GmbH, sind wir mit der Suche nach einer neuen Standortleitung betraut worden. Als ganzheitliche Lösungsanbieterin für Waagen und Waagensysteme betreut sie Kunden aus Industrie, Handel, Detailhandel, Metzgereien und Gastronomie, von der Ladenwaage bis zur Kranwaage, von der Aufschnittmaschine bis zur Vakuumverpackung. Für den Standort Herisau suchen wir eine gestandene Persönlichkeit, die diesen eigenverantwortlich führt.

Standortleiter 100% (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen die operative, personelle und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort Herisau mit 7 Mitarbeitenden und sorgen dafür, dass Abläufe, Ressourcen und Qualität aufeinander abgestimmt sind und der Standort erfolgreich funktioniert.
  • Sie führen, koordinieren und entwickeln das Team vor Ort mit einer klaren, wertschätzenden Hand, Sie planen Einsätze, setzen Prioritäten und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem Verantwortung gerne übernommen wird.
  • Sie beraten Bestands\- und Neukundschaft aktiv und lösungsorientiert zu Waagen, Maschinen und Systemlösungen unserer Mandantin, erkennen deren tatsächlichen Bedarf und tragen so direkt zum Wachstum des Standorts bei.
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Servicetechnik sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und stellen sicher, dass Anliegen rasch die richtige Stelle erreichen.
  • Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts sicher und packen bei Bedarf auch selbst im technischen Service mit an, Ihre Hands\-on\-Mentalität macht dabei den Unterschied.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind eine gestandene, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und Hands\-on\-Mentalität gepaart mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung in der Führung eines Standorts oder einer Geschäftseinheit mit eigener P\&L\-Verantwortung.
  • Des Weiteren haben Sie erfahren im Verkauf und in der Beratung, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld oder bei Investitionsgütern. Kenntnisse von Messgeräten sind sehr willkommen.
  • Technisches Verständnis ist zentral, eine Grundausbildung als Servicetechniker/\-in oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung ist ausdrücklich willkommen; eine höhere Ausbildung (FH/HF) ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Sie besitzen ein kaufmännisches Flair bzw. haben Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft und arbeiten selbständig, exakt und dienstleistungsorientiert.
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B werden vorausgesetzt.
