Miről szól a feladatkör, mivel telnek majd a napjaid?

· Kintlévőségkezeléssel foglalkozol Európa számos országára kiterjedően.

· Feladatod lesz az aktív kapcsolattartás partnereinkkel emailben és telefonon.

· Beérkező vevői utalásokat könyvelsz (Oracle-ben).

· A Te feladatod lesz a fizetési átütemezések kezelése és a felszólítások kiküldése.

· Hozzád tartozik majd a szerződéses kintlévőségkezelők (ügynökök) munkájának felügyelete.

· Közreműködsz a vevői reklamációk hatékony megoldásában a társosztályokkal.

· Együttműködsz az értékesítési osztállyal.

· Támogatod az Order to cash folyamatokat és részt veszel folyamatfejlesztési kezdeményezésekben is

· Részt veszel a riportálásban a kintlévőségállomány várható alakulásával kapcsolatban.
