Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear temas relevantes de mercado, tendências e atualidades;Apoiar a definição das temáticas dos eventos e comitês;Elaborar e desenvolver conteúdos relacionados aos eventos;Pesquisar, prospectar, convidar e confirmar palestrantes com conhecimento sobre os temas abordados;Elaborar briefings para os palestrantes;Operacionalizar eventos e comitês de ponta a ponta, incluindo reserva de espaços, definição de público-alvo, envio de convites, confirmação de convidados e demais necessidades logísticas;Desenvolver a comunicação e divulgação dos eventos para os associados;Organizar e conduzir reuniões;Manter relacionamento com presidentes e vice-presidentes dos comitês da Amcham, associados, palestrantes e participantes dos eventos;Participar dos eventos, acompanhando sua execução e contribuindo para a qualidade da experiência e do conteúdo apresentado.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa ou cursando Relações Públicas, Comunicação Organizacional, Comunicação Social, Relações Internacionais, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia com organização ou produção de eventos, incluindo experiências adquiridas em estágios, projetos acadêmicos ou atividades similares;Conhecimento do Pacote Office;Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido, sendo 3x na semana presencial.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Vivência com eventos corporativos;Vivência ou contato prévio com o setor público;Conhecimento de protocolo ou cerimonial;Inglês intermediário.É muito importante que você:Tenha comunicação escrita e falada de forma clara e objetiva;Seja organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes e saiba gerenciar diferentes prioridades;Tenha capacidade de planejamento e antecipação das demandas;Seja flexível e adaptável diante de mudanças e imprevistos;Tenha facilidade de relacionamento e saiba adaptar sua comunicação a diferentes públicos e níveis de senioridade;Seja cordial e tenha postura profissional e institucional;Seja proativo(a), tenha autonomia e disposição para aprender;Tenha perfil executor e acompanhe suas atividades até a conclusão;Tenha capacidade de trabalhar em equipe de maneira construtiva, respeitosa e orientada a resultados.
