  • Work with platform hardware including motherboards, PCIe cards, power supplies, cabling, chassis, and cooling components.
  • Support mechanical design, prototyping, and test fixture development using 3D CAD tools.
  • Analyze test data, document findings, and recommend solutions to improve thermal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support platform development.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant thermal/mechanical engineering experience, preferably with server, computing, or complex electronic systems.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal engineering, heat transfer, airflow, and cooling solutions.
  • Experience with CFD tools such as IcePak, Flotherm, or OpenFOAM.
  • Hands-on experience with thermal/mechanical lab instrumentation and test equipment.
  • Experience with board- and platform-level hardware debug.
  • Familiarity with computer system architecture and hardware.
  • Experience with SolidWorks; Fusion 360 is a plus.
  • Experience with mechanical fabrication and prototype development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to independently drive technical assignments in a cross-functional environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
