Vi söker nu bolånespecialister till Stabelo som vill vara med på deras fortsatta resa mot att göra bolån enklare, mer transparenta och mer kundvänliga för svenska bolånetagare.

Arbetsbeskrivning Som bolånespecialist blir du en del av Stabelos handläggarteam och arbetar med hela bolåneprocessen – från ansökan till utbetalt lån. Du får en central roll i verksamheten och jobbar nära både kunder och kollegor för att säkerställa en smidig och trygg upplevelse.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Kreditbedömning och kreditbeslut
  • Hantering av säkerheter och lånehandlingar
  • Utbetalningar av lån
  • Kundkontakt via telefon och mail
  • Förbättring och effektivisering av processer
  • Visst arbete kopplat till AML och regelefterlevnad

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper Vi tror att du har:

  • Ett par års erfarenhet av bolån från en etablerad aktör
  • God förståelse för bolånehandläggning genom hela lånets livscykel
  • Swedsec-licens för bolån
  • Ett starkt driv att förbättra och utveckla arbetssätt, med fokus på att göra saker snabbare och smartare
  • Ett tydligt kundfokus och en vilja att skapa en positiv kundupplevelse
  • Förmåga att kombinera analytiskt arbete med hög servicenivå

Som person är du:

  • Initiativtagande och lösningsorienterad
  • Noggrann och ansvarstagande
  • En lagspelare som gillar att samarbeta
  • Bekväm med att arbeta i ett högt tempo där förändring är en del av vardagen

Om Stabelo Stabelo erbjuder en flexibel, härlig och öppen miljö med mycket skratt och teamkänsla. De är idag 35 personer som sitter tillsammans i hemtrevliga lokaler vid Humlegården i Stockholm. Tillsammans bygger de ett nytt bolåneinstitut med fokus på schyssta och prisvärda bolån genom en effektiv och digital process. Deras bolån distribueras bland annat via Avanza, en av Sveriges ledande digitala plattformar för sparande och investeringar.
