Om rollen Som Operations- och Kundservicemedarbetare arbetar du i hjärtat av verksamheten där du ansvarar för att ge kunder och samarbetspartners en professionell och smidig upplevelse. Rollen är bred och varierad med fokus på både kundkontakt och administrativa processer. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där samarbete, kvalitet och service genomsyrar det dagliga arbetet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Hantera inkommande kundärenden via telefon, e-post och digitala kanaler
  • Besvara frågor och hjälpa kunder med olika typer av administrativa ärenden
  • Registrera, uppdatera och kvalitetssäkra information i interna system
  • Hantera backoffice-relaterade uppgifter och löpande administration
  • Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa effektiva processer och hög kundnöjdhet
  • Bidra till att utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt och rutiner

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper Vi söker dig som trivs i en roll där service, struktur och problemlösning går hand i hand. Du har ett professionellt bemötande, tycker om att hjälpa andra och har en naturlig förmåga att skapa förtroende i kontakten med kunder och kollegor. Oavsett om du har erfarenhet från kundservice, administration, operations eller finans motiveras du av att leverera hög kvalitet och bidra till en positiv kundupplevelse.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att prioritera bland flera parallella arbetsuppgifter. Du arbetar metodiskt, har ett öga för detaljer och trivs i en miljö där både tempo och kvalitet är viktiga. Vidare är du samarbetsorienterad, flexibel och bidrar med en positiv inställning till teamet. Du har god systemvana och kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
