Požadujeme:- zkušenosti s řízením restaurace, baru, hotelové gastronomie nebo více gastronomických středisek - schopnost vést, motivovat a rozvíjet tým - dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti - orientaci v ekonomice gastronomického provozu - zkušenosti s plánováním nákladů, inventurami a skladovým hospodářstvím - obchodní myšlení a schopnost hledat příležitosti ke zlepšení výsledků provozu - profesionální a vstřícné vystupování - samostatnost, spolehlivost a odolnost při řešení provozních situací - schopnost komunikovat s českými i zahraničními hosty - znalost anglického nebo německého jazyka - uživatelskou znalost práce s počítačem a restauračními systémy - ochotu přizpůsobit pracovní dobu potřebám hotelového provozu - vzdělání v oblasti gastronomie, hotelnictví nebo cestovního ruchu jako výhodu. Vaší náplní práce bude: - řízení každodenního provozu restaurace a dalších gastronomických středisek resortu - odpovědnost za kvalitu poskytovaných služeb a spokojenost hostů - vedení, motivace a rozvoj týmu obsluhy ve spolupráci se šéfkuchařem a vedením resortu - plánování směn a efektivní organizace práce - aktivní přítomnost v provozu a podpora týmu během vytížených směn - dohled nad průběhem snídaní, polopenzí, á la carte provozu, barového servisu a dalších služeb podle zaměření resortu - koordinace gastronomického zajištění firemních, společenských a soukromých akcí - spolupráce se šéfkuchařem na tvorbě jídelních lístků, nápojových nabídek a sezonních specialit - nastavování a kontrola standardů obsluhy, prezentace a komunikace s hosty - odpovědnost za hospodářské výsledky gastronomického úseku - sledování tržeb, nákladů, marží, produktivity práce a dalších provozních ukazatelů - dohled nad skladovým hospodářstvím, inventurami, minimalizací ztrát a práce se systémem- spolupráce s dodavateli a kontrola kvality objednávaného sortimentu - řešení podnětů hostů a provozních situací - dohled nad dodržováním hygienických, bezpečnostních a interních pravidel - spolupráce s recepcí, obchodním oddělením a vedením resortu.
