The posting

Seeking qualified ESOL/ELL Teachers to support English Language Learners within local school districts in the St. Louis area. This is a great opportunity for educators who are passionate about helping students develop language skills and succeed academically in a school setting.

Position Details

Provide push-in and pull-out ELL services Potentially float between multiple school sites within the district Collaborate with another ESOL professional to share and manage caseloads Full-time school-based opportunity

Responsibilities

Conduct daily and long-range instructional planning Deliver engaging, effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards Assess and monitor student progress Adapt instruction to meet individual learning styles and language needs Maintain a positive and productive learning environment Manage student behavior effectively Communicate student progress and needs with parents and guardians Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff Follow district policies, procedures, and regulations Participate in professional development and other school-related responsibilities as assigned
