  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials Science, Ocean Engineering or Naval Architecture.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Internship or co-op experience preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or permanent resident status.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Spring, Texas (Greater Houston area) by July 2027.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of engineering principles and related technical disciplines.
  • Basic proficiency in engineering tools and software such as Python and AutoCAD.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
