Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Product to lead the Corporate Solutions Shop experience — the digital experience prospective business customers use to discover, explore, and evaluate our Corporate Solutions offerings and begin their acquisition journey.
This role will be responsible for creating seamless, intuitive, and high-performing digital shopping journeys that enable business customers to discover, evaluate, select, and acquire the right Corporate Solutions products and services. You will own the Corporate Solutions Shop roadmap, drive improvements in customer engagement, product discovery, conversion, and journey performance, and partner across marketing, design, analytics, engineering, experimentation, and platform teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences with speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and deliver the Corporate Solutions Shop roadmap, including product and offer enhancements, foundational capability investments, and major cross-functional initiatives that support business customer acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver robust journey improvements that simplify how business customers discover, evaluate, and engage with Corporate Solutions products and services.
- Drive end-to-end journey improvements through capability-led experimentation, with a focus on conversion, product discovery, merchandising, intent-based tailoring, friction removal, and seamless transitions across the Corporate Solutions acquisition funnel.
- Lead an experimentation agenda for the Corporate Solutions Shop experience by defining clear hypotheses, ensuring rigorous test design and measurement, and translating learnings into actionable improvements that address the needs of prospective business customers.
- Partner with platform teams to champion reusable components, shared page frameworks, analytics, APIs, and experimentation tooling that improve consistency, speed to market, quality, accessibility, brand alignment, and performance across Corporate Solutions digital experiences.
- Use customer research, prototyping, analytics, and experimentation insights to understand business customer needs, inform prioritization, and shape durable product decisions that improve the digital shopping experience.
- Turn one-off optimization wins into durable product capabilities and reusable patterns that can scale across the broader Corporate Solutions digital acquisition ecosystem.
- Ensure strong operational execution across releases, including dependency management, readiness, measurement plans, and risk mitigation, while maintaining a high-quality and compliant digital experience for prospective business customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product management experience with a strong track record of roadmap ownership, feature delivery, and stakeholder leadership across all levels.
- Experience leading customer-facing digital experiences with a focus on B2B acquisition, e-commerce, digital shopping, or conversion optimization.
- Strong background in experimentation and optimization, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement strategy, and translating insights into roadmap decisions.
- Proven cross-functional execution across marketing, design, analytics, engineering, and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with complex customer journeys and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong Agile product delivery expertise and a disciplined operational risk mindset.
- Experience with personalization and experimentation platforms, including Statsig or similar tools.
- GenAI fluency, including comfort using AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.
- Experience in B2B digital commerce, financial services, commercial payments, or corporate solutions.
