Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Agent(e) du service à la clientèle pour le Centre d’appels Kenny U-Pull, situé en face du Carrefour Laval. Relevant du Superviseur, Centre d’appels, vous jouerez le rôle crucial d'ambassadeur de notre marque et serez chargé de créer, pour chacun des clients avec lesquels vous interagirez, une expérience personnalisée remarquable. Plus spécifiquement, vos tâches quotidiennes consisteront à :

  • Répondre aux appels entrants et aux demandes générales des clients qui souhaitent obtenir des informations sur les stocks, les prix et notre mode de fonctionnement;
  • Prendre le temps de bien comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque client et proposer des solutions personnalisées;
  • Informer les clients sur nos différents produits (batteries, pneus, etc.) et services;
  • Guider les clients dans l’utilisation de notre site web;
  • Promouvoir les visites en personne dans nos différentes succursales;
  • Inscrire les clients à notre système de courriels personnalisés « Alertez-Moi »;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe au rôle.

Qualifications

  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel requis pour répondre aux appels en français et en anglais des clients; provenant de partout au Canada;
  • Expérience minimale d’un an en service à la clientèle;
  • Excellente communication interpersonnelle;
  • Fiabilité, assiduité et ponctualité;
  • Intérêt pour le domaine automobile.
