Delsan, leader reconnu dans le secteur de la démolition, est actuellement à la recherche d'un mécanicien d'engins de chantier pour renforcer son équipe technique. Sous la supervision du responsable de maintenance, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le diagnostic et la réparation de notre flotte d’engins, assurant ainsi leur optimal fonctionnement.

Nous disposons d'une flotte diversifiée et spécialisée pour répondre à toutes les exigences de la démolition :

  • Pelles de grande portée Liebherr, augmentant notre capacité à démolir des structures.
  • Plus de 50 machines allant de 20 à 150 tonnes, incluant des marques telles que John Deere, Caterpillar, Liebherr, et autres.
  • Plusieurs centaines d’attaches hydrauliques et mécaniques, comprenant des cisailles, marteaux, grapins hydrauliques et mécaniques, pulvérisateurs hydrauliques, godets, grapins et aimants.
  • Pour les travaux de moindre envergure, nous possédons des excavatrices de 0.8T à 15T, incluant des marques telles que John Deere, Caterpillar, Kubota, Takeuchi, des excavatrices télécommandées BROKK, ainsi que divers modèles de chargeurs sur roues.

Description du poste

  • Diagnostiquer les défaillances mécaniques courantes (hydrauliques, électriques, pneumatiques) en planifiant et en exécutant des méthodes de travail efficaces.
  • Lire et interpréter les schémas techniques et les manuels de réparation pour résoudre les pannes, avec possibilité de solliciter du support technique si nécessaire.
  • Identifier les pièces de rechange à l’aide des catalogues et préparer les commandes requises.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail ordonné et sécurisé.
  • Réaliser des tâches de soudure de base.
  • Effectuer l'entretien préventif des équipements pour garantir leur performance optimale.
  • Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes selon les besoins opérationnels.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’Études Professionnelles (DEP) en mécanique d’engins de chantier ou formation équivalente, avec des compétences en électricité, hydraulique, moteurs diesel, transmissions et soudure.
  • Expérience minimale de trois ans en tant que mécanicien d'engins de chantier, ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
  • Permis de conduire classe 5 valide (obligatoire).
  • Possession d’un coffre à outils complet (systèmes impérial et métrique).
  • Capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
  • Polyvalence, rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Sens de l’initiative et autonomie dans la gestion des tâches.
  • Connaissances approfondies en mécanique et en nouvelles technologies.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en alternance de jour et de soir.
