Location: Remote (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Contract
Are you an experienced Freight Dispatcher looking for a stable, high-paying opportunity with a U.S.-based trucking company?
We’re expanding our dispatch team and are seeking skilled professionals in the Philippines who already have a strong background in U.S. freight dispatching and are ready to start immediately.
If you’ve worked with owner-operators, negotiated with brokers, and understand how to manage loads from pickup to delivery — we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Book profitable loads for U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck)
- Handle end-to-end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls, and delivery follow-up
- Communicate directly with brokers, shippers, and drivers via phone, email, and load boards
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of loads and daily activities
- Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations
- Manage multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining great relationships with drivers
- Work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience as a freight dispatcher for U.S. trucks (minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred)
- Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, and 123Loadboard
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brokers
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
- Familiar with U.S. geography, trucking routes, and freight types
What’s Offered:
- Competitive weekly pay in USD
- Performance bonuses for high revenue weeks and on-time performance
- Opportunity to work with a growing U.S. logistics operation that values long-term commitment and professionalism
- Supportive environment with access to the best load boards and tools
- Consistent, full-time work — no cold calling or chasing leads
Important:
This position is for experienced dispatchers only.
We are not offering training, so applicants must already have proven experience booking loads and handling live dispatch operations for U.S.-based trucks.
If you’re confident in your dispatching skills and ready to work with a serious, fast-growing U.S. company, this is your chance to join a professional team that rewards results.
