The posting

Job Purpose:

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing pricing activities within an assigned region to support price integrity, margin performance, and speed to market. This role partners with Sales, Category Management, and Costing to understand market and cost changes, communicate pricing movements, establish appropriate pricing for new and existing business, and execute accurate pricing updates within Veritiv systems.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage onboarding process for all new Sales hires. ● Provide administrative support to all levels of Sales Leadership to include coordination of new customer set-up, fixing invoice discrepancies, creating presentation and correspondence for sales meetings, etc. ● Generate reporting metrics for Sales Leadership. ● Act as the intermediary between sales and stakeholders in other departments (i.e. Sourcing, Operations, Inventory Management, etc). ● Facilitate CDI and item set up (new, existing and projects). ● Handle coordination of system set up’s (Salesforce.com, eCommerce, etc.), pricing updates and renewals of contracts and deviations. ● Create and manage reports and tracking of customer programs and managing sales studies (commissions, budgeting, contests, marketing, etc.). ● Assist and implement unique customer programs. ● All other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Work with category management and Veritiv costing team to understand vendor market announcements and cost increases in real time.

● Work with Sales Managers to keep teams informed of upcoming market moves and announcements.

● Work with Sales Reps to price all new and existing business at responsible margins to maintain integrity and achieve margin enhancement.

● Utilize existing tools to execute price integrity within Veritiv system so that incoming customer PO prices match system pricing without overrides or delay to improve speed to market. ● Salary: $71,700 - $84,300 with $3,000 profit sharing bonus opportunity

Work Experience:

● 5-10 years of related job experience.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.

● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
