Vill du utveckla AMFs arbete med IT-leverantörer och leverantörsstyrning? I den här nya rollen får du vara med och forma uppdraget och bygga gemensamma arbetssätt tillsammans med andra. Du kombinerar struktur, samarbete och utveckling för att våra leverantörssamarbeten ska skapa största möjliga nytta.

Vi vill få en samlad bild av våra IT-leverantörer och stärka kopplingen mellan verksamhetens behov, våra avtal och uppföljningen av samarbetena. Ambitionen är tydlig, men formerna är inte färdiga. Här blir du en viktig länk mellan IT:s chefer, avtalsägare och andra kollegor inom AMF.

Om rollen

Som leverantörsspecialist IT (IT Vendor Manager) blir du en sammanhållande kraft i våra leverantörssamarbeten och bidrar till att utveckla vår leverantörsstyrning, leverantörsportfölj samt konsult- och resursstrategi. Du följer konsultportföljen, synliggör beroenden och bidrar med marknadskännedom och underlag inför beslut om exempelvis konsultväxling och framtida kompetensbehov.

I vardagen planerar och driver du även leverantörsmöten, följer upp avtal, SLA:er, KPI:er, beslut och aktiviteter samt stöttar IT:s chefer och avtalsägare i operativa och taktiska frågor. Genom en samlad bild av leverantörsportföljen fångar du upp behov och ser till att förbättringar och förändrade samarbeten rör sig framåt. Du bidrar till att tydliggöra roller, ansvar och gemensamma förväntningar och säkerställer att avtal, bilagor och andra nödvändiga underlag är aktuella och finns på plats.

Du gör det tillsammans med andra. Genom att samla kompetenser inom IT, Inköp, GRC, Risk och Informationssäkerhet bidrar du i IT-inköp, sourcing- och kategoriarbete samt i IT:s förstalinjearbete med leverantörs- och tredjepartsrisk. Du arbetar nära Inköp, GRC, Risk och Informationssäkerhet. Ditt fokus är IT-perspektivet, att hålla ihop helheten och få analys, samordning och genomförande att hänga ihop.

Vem du är

Du är trygg inom IT och leverantörsstyrning eller sourcing och har en erfarenhetsbas som gör att du kan vara med och forma rollen utifrån AMFs behov. Din bakgrund kan exempelvis vara från leverantörssidan. Du förstår samspelet mellan beställare och leverantör och är van att självständigt driva tvärfunktionella frågor, skapa struktur och utveckla arbetssätt, även utan formellt mandat.

Du har god vana att samordna olika intressenter och att bygga förtroendefulla relationer, både internt och i dialogen med leverantörer. Det är meriterande om du dessutom har erfarenhet av outsourcing, IT-inköp, kategoriarbete, konsultmarknaden, reglerad verksamhet eller tredjepartsrisk. Du uttrycker dig väl på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Som person är du nyfiken, självgående och initiativtagande. Du är prestigelös och pragmatisk, omsätter idéer i handling och bygger förtroende genom att lyssna in olika perspektiv. Samtidigt kan du följa upp, utmana och stå kvar i en fråga när det behövs.
