The posting

Shape the Future of Enterprise Architecture at American Family. We're growing our Enterprise Architecture practice and seeking Lead and Principal Enterprise Architects to help define its future. This is a rare opportunity to influence enterprise technology strategy, architecture standards, governance, and key business initiatives while shaping how architecture partners with the business.

As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you'll drive strategic alignment for a domain, platform, or value stream. As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you'll shape enterprise-wide strategy, influence senior leaders, and help steer the company's most significant technology decisions. If you're excited about building and evolving a practice, not just maintaining one, we'd love to talk.

You will report to the Director, Architecture

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
