PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  1. Planejar, executar e supervisionar a assistência de enfermagem prestada aos pacientes em atendimento domiciliar, assegurando a qualidade e a continuidade do cuidado.
  2. Realizar avaliação clínica dos pacientes, elaborar e acompanhar o plano assistencial, promovendo intervenções de enfermagem conforme protocolos institucionais.
  3. Orientar pacientes, familiares e cuidadores quanto aos cuidados necessários, uso de dispositivos, administração de medicamentos e prevenção de complicações.
  4. Coordenar a equipe de enfermagem envolvida na assistência domiciliar, garantindo o cumprimento das normas técnicas, assistenciais e de segurança do paciente.
  5. Registrar a evolução de enfermagem, monitorar indicadores assistenciais e comunicar intercorrências à equipe multiprofissional.

É NECESSÁRIO QUE VOCÊ TENHA
