Rattaché.e au service WW Retail Merchandising, l'Assistant.e WW Retail Merchandiser assistera le Retail Merchandiser ainsi que le Manager en charge de l'activité depuis le siège.

Dans ce cadre, vous découvrirez un métier stratégique, en lien avec le Merchandising en zone, le Demand Planning, la Supply Chain, la Finance et le Marketing. Vous pourrez acquérir une vision globale de notre offre prêt-à-porter et accessoires à l'international, suivre et analyser les performances des collections et participer activement aux sessions d’achats.

Reportings et analyses

· Préparation des reportings hebdomadaires pour la direction commerciale (focus catégorie, ST, best sellers, sales report, …)

· Elaboration d’analyses ad hoc en fonction des enjeux et de l'actualité de l'activité

· Soutien au Retail Merchandiser dans l’élaboration de présentations à destination des autres départements (merchandising zone, visual merchandising, marketing, retail operations, training)

· Recueil et synthèse des feedbacks qualitatifs sur les collections

Préparation et participation aux sessions d’achats (showroom)

· Elaboration des supports visuels pour les sessions de préachats

· Préparation des templates et outils de showroom

· Support opérationnel et participation aux ateliers de sélection

· Consolidation des assortiments et quantités des zones tout au long du showroom

· Création de la base de données photos

Suivi des collections en vente et à venir

· Soutien au Retail Merchandiser dans la définition et l’implémentation des lancements de collection (master order, planches de livraisons, …)

· Préparation du fichier de soldes et des listes de reconduits

· Intégration des commandes client dans Orli

· Mise à jour des fichiers récapitulatifs d’achats (capsules, main collections)

Issu.e d’une formation Bac +4/5, en deuxième partie de césure ou fin d’étude d’Ecole de Commerce, d’Ecole d’Ingénieur ou équivalent :

· Une expérience précédente similaire est recommandée (Merchandising, Achats et/ou Finance)

· Une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel (recherches V et tableaux croisés dynamiques) et de PowerPoint est obligatoire

· Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais courants

· Esprit d’analyse et goût pour les chiffres, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité d'adaptation seront des atouts indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions

· Enthousiasme, bonne humeur au quotidien ainsi que dynamisme et proactivité, à l’image des valeurs de la Maison, seront des qualités particulièrement appréciées

Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l’Etat uniquement, à pourvoir début MARS 2027
