Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung in spannenden Kundenprojekten und bekommst gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, dich perspektivisch in Richtung Team Lead weiterzuentwickeln. Für unsere Standorte in Berlin-Kreuzberg und Karlsruhe suchen wir erfahrene Unterstützung als Senior IT Consultant / Teamleiter – CIAM (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst komplexe Geschäfts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen unserer Kunden und übersetzt diese in tragfähige CIAM-Architekturen – von der Fachkonzeption bis zur technischen Umsetzung.
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst CIAM-Services mit echtem Business-Impact und agierst als technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projektteam und unserem spezialisierten Architektenteam.
  • Du integrierst Produkte aus unserem Access-Management-Portfolio in die Systemlandschaft unserer Kundschaft. (beispielsweise SAP CDC, Ping Identity, okta oder cidaas)
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein – z. B. durch fachliches Mentoring, Sparring mit Kolleg:innen oder die Mitgestaltung unserer CIAM-Kompetenzen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen IT-Beratung im Enterprise-Umfeld (B2C/B2B) sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit Kund:innen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Technologie-Stacks (z. B. Java/Spring Boot, JavaScript/Node oder React) sowie im Umgang mit Datenbanken gehen bei dir mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Architektur- und Schnittstellenkonzeption einher.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security bringst du insbesondere in den Feldern Authentifizierung und Autorisierung (z. B. SAML, OIDC, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte) sowie in grundlegender Kryptografie (TLS/SSL) mit.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung gesammelt oder verfügst über die Bereitschaft und die entsprechenden Voraussetzungen, um in die Rolle des Team Leads hineinzuwachsen.
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) runden dein Profil ab.
