What can you expect:

At Amilia, culture is one of our key differentiators, it’s felt not only by our team, but also by the clients and communities we serve. They don’t just choose our technology; they choose the people and mindset behind it. That’s why the Talent & Culture function is so strategic here. If you’re looking to make real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

To cover a maternity leave on a 14-month contract, we’re looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to help embed this culture into a human-centric employee experience, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of both employee fulfillment and the value we deliver to our clients. You’ll partner with leaders to translate business needs into strategies that drive engagement, growth, and performance.

Beyond the core Business Partner role, you’ll bring your expertise to a few key specialties. You’ll own recruitment for all open roles in partnership with hiring managers, and lead select programs with our Talent & Culture Coordinator, including employer branding, onboarding, and social initiatives, both internal and in our communities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting them in building engaged, high-performing teams aligned with Amilia’s culture and values.
  • Translate business needs into actionable Talent & Culture strategies that drive performance, employee growth, and organizational success.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all open roles, from individual contributors up to Director-level, partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Design and evolve modern, scalable talent & culture programs such as but not limited: performance, compensation, DEIB, learning, workplace culture, systems, and compliance.
  • Own recruitment for all open roles, from individual contributors up to Director-level, partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Own the employee journey, from onboarding to retention, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Leverage Officevibe and other tools to listen, measure, and take meaningful action based on employee feedback.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design as Amilia scales, ensuring our structure and talent keep pace with growth.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, offering practical guidance on team dynamics, performance, change, and growth.
  • Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness, helping resolve issues in a way that supports both people and the business.
  • Lead select programs in collaboration with the Talent & Culture Coordinator, including employer branding, onboarding, and social initiatives, both internal and in our communities.
  • Drive select programs in collaboration with the Talent & Culture Coordinator, including employer branding and social initiatives, both internal and in our communities.

What we want from you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent & Culture Business Partner in a fast-growing SaaS (a plus) or tech environment.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer, and to partner with managers to attract and select the right talent.
  • A track record of thriving in growth-oriented environments, where adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning are part of your DNA. You embrace challenges and see them as opportunities to grow.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of how Talent & Culture fuels business success. You care about your impact on people, on teams, and on company performance.
  • Exceptional coaching and advisory skills, with the confidence to guide managers, influence decisions, and help others thrive by being their authentic selves.
  • Change management expertise to help teams navigate transitions and build resilience through transformation.
  • A data-informed approach, turning insights into meaningful action. You take ownership of your work and see things through.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; you're a connector who creates alignment and builds trust across teams.
  • The ability to think big picture while delivering with precision. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and French, with the ability to adapt your message to your audience.

What you’ll get from us:

  • A competitive and progressive salary.
  • A group RRSP employer contribution up to 5%.
  • A complete benefits package for you and your family.
  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a Telemedicine service.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
