Za naš objekt Aminess Senses Hvar Resort 4* na otoku Hvaru zapošljavamo:

VODITELJA TEHNIČKE SLUŽBE (M/Ž)

Vaš posao će obuhvaćati:

  • koordinaciju i nadzor cijelog odjela održavanja (ljudski i materijalni resursi)
  • kontroliranje provođenja svih standarda i pravila
  • obavljanje operativne poslove iz domene rada - djelatnosti održavanja u skladu s utvrđenim uputama, pravilima i/ili procedurama te pravilima struke
  • odgovornost za ažurno, uredno i kvalitetno obavljanje povjerenih mu poslova i radnih zadataka u skladu s pravilima struke, pozitivnim propisima, uzancama, pravilima, uputama i procedurama,
  • svaki drugi posao koji odgovara stupnju zaposlenikove stručnosti i koji je u neposrednoj svezi s ugovorenim poslovima, bez obzira spada li taj posao u popis njegovih poslova, a po nalogu neposrednog rukovoditelja

Kompetencije koje tražimo kod kandidata:

  • razvijene organizacijske sposobnosti
  • orijentiranost na postizanje ciljeva i sposobnost pri određivanju prioriteta
  • samostalnost u obavljanju poslova i rješavanju problema
  • sposobnost usvajanja novih znanja, te efikasno primjenjivanje na unapređenju poslovnih procesa iz područja rada
  • odgovornost i fleksibilnost
  • spremnost na timski rad
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije

Poželjno je da imate:

  • SSS/VŠS /VSS – tehnički smjer (građevina, strojarstvo i sl.)
  • 3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • dobro poznavanje rada na računalu
  • znanje engleskog jezika
