  • Գործառնական գործընթացների արդյունավետության գնահատում և օպտիմալացման նախաձեռնությունների իրականացում
  • Կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի տվյալների հավաքագրման, մշակման և վերլուծության գործընթացների կազմակերպում
  • Տվյալների հիման վրա վերլուծական հաշվետվությունների և բիզնես առաջարկությունների մշակում
  • Գործառնական ռիսկերի բացահայտում և դրանց նվազեցմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացում

Անհրաժեշտ պահանջներ
