The posting

Le Responsable Logistique assure le lien permanent et opérationnel entre les équipes internes d'AMI Paris et le Prestataire Logistique externe situé à Allonne (Oise). Positionné au cœur des deux organisations, il maîtrise l'activité pour garantir la bonne réalisation des opérations, pilote l'amélioration continue à travers des tableaux de bord, et veille au strict respect du contrat (taux de service, facturation, engagements réciproques).

MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Interface opérationnelle & Performance Terrain

  • Être le point de contact unique pour les services internes (ADV, Digital Ops, IT, Production) et assurer la résolution des demandes ad hoc.
  • Réaliser des audits terrain pour vérifier l’application du cahier des charges, des processus et des modes opératoires du prestataire.
  • Accompagner et challenger le prestataire dans une démarche d'amélioration continue (Lean, 5S).

Gestion des flux opérationnels (Inbound & Outbound)

  • Inbound : Garantir le référencement des nouveaux articles (création et disponibilité outils IT) ; assurer le lien avec les services responsables des commandes d’approvisionnement de l’entrepôt.
  • Outbound (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce) : Assurer la bonne transmission informatique des commandes, piloter les priorités (implants, lancements, forecasts) et sécuriser les temps forts commerciaux (Soldes, Black Friday, Noël).

Suivi des stocks & Fiabilité

  • Piloter le bouclage des stocks (réconciliation des données ERP/WMS) et passer les écritures de recyclage dans l'ERP.
  • Contrôler les indicateurs de niveau de stock (taux de remplissage, d'occupation) et participer activement aux inventaires terrain.

Planification & Pilotage Financier

  • Animer le point de charge hebdomadaire avec le prestataire sur la base des prévisions (matrices hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles).
  • Optimiser le plan de charge pour équilibrer les coûts et le niveau de service (gestion des campagnes de retour, des consommables, des VAS).
  • Assurer le contrôle mensuel détaillé de la pré-facturation et de la facturation réelle en lien avec le contrôle de gestion (unités d’œuvres, bonus/malus KPIs).

Gestion de projets Supply Chain

  • Participer au développement de projets logistiques transverses (promesse client, transport, emballage, ROI).
  • Piloter et déployer les projets de Value Added Services (VAS) : définition du planning, contraintes IT, cahier des charges et tarification.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ & COMPÉTENCES

Savoirs & Savoir-faire

  • Parfaite maîtrise des flux logistiques et des principes d’amélioration continue (5S, Lean).
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (analyse de données complexes).
  • Anglais opérationnel.
  • Capacité à mettre en place un pilotage opérationnel fiable et à travailler en mode projet.

  • Sens aigu des résultats, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Esprit de synthèse & d'analyse.
  • Réactivité, pragmatisme et persévérance.

Poste basé à Allonne (Oise) avec des déplacements ponctuels à Paris.
