Rejoignez une équipe au cœur de l'expansion retail internationale

Au sein du département Retail, vous participerez activement au développement immobilier et au déploiement de nos boutiques en Europe.

Une mission à la croisée de l'immobilier, du pilotage de projets et de l'excellence opérationnelle, afin de maintenir les standards de la maison, au contact direct des équipes architecture, finance, juridique, retail et de nos régions Europe, US et Asie.

VOS MISSIONS

Développement Retail & Immobilier

● Mise à jour des états locatifs, budgets et forecasts

● Suivi des besoins immobiliers, recherches et visites terrain

● Coordination avec bailleurs, agents et service juridique

● Contribution aux comités immobiliers et à la planification des projets (travaux, rétroplannings, remises de clés)

● Contribution aux showrooms commerciaux et à la planification des rendez-vous

● Suivi de la stratégie d'expansion et des investissements (road map, CAPEX)

● Réalisation d'études de marché et cartographies d'opportunités

● Participation aux négociations et benchmark des offres

● Contribution aux outils internes, SOP, plannings opérationnels et coordination des ouvertures

● Suivi de la stratégie CAPEX/OPEX pour le retail et les bureaux

● Collaboration transverse avec les régions et divisions

● Création et amélioration d’outils de pilotage financier

Excellence Opérationnelle & Qualité des Boutiques

● Suivi des interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective

● Coordination entre équipes internes et prestataires

● Suivi des interventions (planning, avancement, qualité)

● Respect des standards de qualité et des délais

● Gestion des demandes d’intervention en boutique

● Création et mise à jour des procédures de suivi d’ouvertures et documents de référence

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Étudiant(e) Bac+4/5 en école d'immobilier, commerce ou gestion, vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil :

● Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et proactivité

● Capacité à mener plusieurs sujets de front

● Aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe

● Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

● Connaissance appréciée d'outils collaboratifs (JIRA, Confluence, Google Maps)

● Français courant obligatoire, anglais professionnel apprécié.

Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l'État uniquement, à pourvoir en Octobre 2026.
