Vill du vara med att utveckla våra elevers hälsa och välbefinnande i ett nära samarbete med skolans övriga personal genom att arbeta förebyggande och hälsofrämjande? Då är du personen som vi söker. Vi söker nu en skolsköterska till Entréskolan i Örebro på 50 %. Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med specialutbildning med inriktning barnsjuksköterske-, distriktssköterske- och skolsköterskeutbildning eller motsvarande utbildning. Vi vill även gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med barn och unga inom skolans verksamhet. Entréskolan är en estetisk grundskola för årskurserna 4-9 med profilering aktivt lärande med ett kreativt skapande utifrån estetiska uttrycksformer i ämnesintegrerade arbetsområden. Entréskolan finns i Västerås, Stockholm, Eskilstuna och Örebro. Vid Entréskolan Örebro erbjuder vi fem inriktningar; teater, musik, dans, konst och idrott. Entréskolan genomsyras av ett ämnesövergripande arbetssätt i olika arbetsområden. Vi arbetar för att varje elev ska vara delaktig och aktiv i sitt lärande. Vi vill att våra elever ska känna sig trygga, sedda och respekterade på Entréskolan. Som skolsköterska hos oss är du en viktig del i det arbetet. Som skolsköterska på Entréskolan är du en del av skolans aktiva elevhälsoteam som arbetar i ett nära samarbete med övrig personal. Elevhälsan arbetar främst hälsofrämjande och förebyggande för att stödja elevernas utveckling mot utbildningens mål. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är därför främjande och förebyggande hälsoarbete på såväl individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå med goda möjligheter att själv påverka och utveckla arbetets innehåll. I det hälsofrämjande och förebyggande uppdraget ingår bl.a. hälsobesök, hälsosamtal, vaccinationer, frågor som rör elevernas arbetsmiljö, skolans värdegrund och livsstilsrelaterad ohälsa, enklare sjukvårdsinsatser. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår också att göra gruppinriktade insatser. Du samverkar med vårdnadshavare, socialtjänst och andra vårdenheter med mera.
